Papertrey Ink Make It Monday--Window Chipboard Sentiments
Graphic Black and White Card-Just a Note

Papertrey March Blog Hop Challenge

Hi Everyone,

Today, I have a card for the Papertrey Ink March Blog Hop Challenge.  The inspiration photo had so many rich colors and floral images--this was a fun one!

I used a card base made from Dark Indigo cardstock and adhered a white circle from the Shaker Shapes Circle die to the middle.  This was stamped with a sentiment from Signature Greetings.  I layered various flowers from Bitty Bouquets and Bloomin' Cute around the sentiment.

I placed a circle frame from the Shaker Shapes Circle Die cut from Soft Stone cardstock over the top of the white circle.  This was adhered with foam to give it a raised look.  The edge of the circle is lined with more die cuts from Bloomin' Cute.  I tried to stay with the color scheme of the floral photo.

A QUICK TIMESAVER:

To make things go faster with all the die cutting, I stamped all my images and  put as many dies on one sheet of cardstock as I could.

I use an extended cutting pad for my Sizzix machine so I have more surface area to run everything through at once.
